Before you write
- A file will not import? Tell us the broker and the report name you downloaded (for example "Zerodha Console - Holdings"). Please do not email us statements containing your PAN, account numbers or other personal details.
- A price looks wrong? Prices update once a day after market close. Let us know the ticker and what you expected.
- Want to delete your account? You can do it yourself in the dashboard from your profile menu, "Close Account". Everything is removed immediately.
We will never ask for your broker password, OTP, or CAS password by email or phone. If someone claiming to be from Vitta-Kosh does, it is not us.
